Here's what you need to know about registering for the NELGBTC:

 

COST:

Student (INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  $75.00

Advisor/Staff/Faculty . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  $150.00

 

Group Registration Information:

You will have the opportunity to add additional group members later in the registration process (maximum 10 per transaction). If there are fees associated with this event, the total fees for all registrants in the group will be charged to the first person in the group. If members of the group are paying individually (for example, with different credit cards), you must create separate registrations for each.

 

We will also ask you questions like:

  • Pronouns

  • Emergency Contact

  • Dietary Needs

  • Accessibility Needs

REFUND INFORMATION

The NELGBTC is not able to offer refunds for any reason, even those who choose payment by check. We purchase nonrefundable items ahead of registration, based on registration numbers. However, in the event you can not attend please let us know and we will pay your registration forward to our waitlist of students who would not otherwise be able to attend. Thank you for all you do and we will see you soon!
